Hi, I'm José.

I'm Customer Success Manager for Europe at TVU Networks. I help broadcasters and media teams get their live video workflows up and running, and keep them running.

I came to customer success from the technical side. Before that I spent more than a decade in audiovisual production: television control rooms, camera work, live events and AV installations. When a customer tells me a feed has to be live at nine o'clock sharp, I know exactly what that means.

I live near Barcelona, married to a wonderful woman and father of two.
